First of all, we’d like to thank Robin Kullberg for all the years of playing bass with Nox Vorago and we would like to wish him the best of luck with his other musical projects in the future.
And with that said it’s time to introduce a new member of the band who will be handling the bass from now on, Gabriel Glänte.
Gabriel has been playing together with us for a while and we are very pleased with him joining Nox Vorago. We’re really looking forward to all that he can contribute to the band in the future!
These are Gabriel’s own words about joining the band:
“The members of Nox Vorago are all greatly talented and the entity they constitute form a dynamic whole which is very rewarding to work with. I am genuinely thrilled by getting the opportunity to contribute to the progression of this very promising band.”
This is the new Website of Nox Vorago. It’s currently under construction but on it’s way so bear with us!
There is also a brand new webshop where you can buy our CD and other kinds of merchandise from us. Our first printed shirt; Anima Clostra, is running low on stock so be sure to make your order as soon as possibile before all sizes are sold out!
We have finished the recording at Jacob Herrman’s Top Floor Studios. The second full-length album is currently being mixed and mastered and lots of plans are in the making for the future of Nox Vorago! Please stay tuned for more information and rember that Facebook is where you will receive the latest new of Nox Vorago so be sure to give us a like there!
We have started the recordings of our second album and have choosed to work togheter with Jacob Herman and his Top Floor Studios in Gothenburg.
Jacob is a well known producer and have worked with many acts both locally and international with great results. This coming year will be an adventure for sure and the album will come together just the way we want it and hopefully even better together with Jacob’s knowledge.
So we’re back in Sweden again after some amazing days in Europe. We would like to thank Six Feet Under, Vredehammer, Hate Storm Annihilation, Bruchstein-Tours, Ellen and all the crew-members for making this tour possible!
We can for sure say that this tour will not be our last and that we have definitely met some new friends for life! We did a lot of filmig on the tour, lets se if there will be some video up and running in the future…
If anyone have pictures or videos of us from this tour, please send them to us, either by mail or Facebook!
“Obsidian Stonemirrors” is self financed and released 2012-11-16 by the band itself. Since there are a lot of different influences from all six members the writing progress has been pretty intense over the last two years with a lot of pre-productions and rehearsals in order to create something unique in the metal scene today.
The studio process had to be fast in order to be able finance the album. In the total of nine days the whole album was recorded at “Grand Recording Studio” in Gothenburg, engineered by Sven Jensen who also has made a great job on mixing the album. For mastering we have chosen to work with Göran Finnberg who have worked with a lot of well-known metal-bands over the years for example Meshuggah, In Flames, Arch Enemy and Opeth to name a few.
All artwork for the album is made by our vocalist; Uduun.
